I grew up working in the food industry. I was a working chef most of my career. It's neither glamorous or a place to be recognized. I was never comfortable in the spotlight anyway. Instead, I worked on a steady scheduled menu for the masses. It paid the bills, but that's all it did. Twenty years passed and I began to realize I had a few culinary ideas of my own. I really enjoy wild game dishes. I now live in the heart of one of the most remote forests in the country. The bounty of the forest inspires my recipes. I hope to share my love of food and the outdoors with you.
